Note: a 50% deposit is required to begin the work process. Work will be scheduled once payment is received, and expected delivery date for first draft will be provided. By accepting this estimate and submitting a deposit, you agree to the items described above and below, as well as our Proposal Terms & Conditions. Payments can be made via Paypal or e-transfer.
Once deposit is received, you will receive an estimated timeline for the First Draft/Phase of each item. Items will then be reviewed by the Client and additional changes will be made as needed until item is deemed complete. If the number of changes required goes over the estimated time, Client will be informed in advance for approval.
The Client will be responsible for supplying any text, images and other information required. If this content is to come later, we may use placeholder text and images in their place. We do offer copywriting services at an additional charge if necessary.
After an item is completed, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining time and cost. Final files, logins or other requirements will be then supplied to the Client to use as they wish. Any additional changes beyond this point will be considered a new project and will be billed hourly, unless otherwise stated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
In the case of websites and/or other digital systems created or set up by Ember on behalf of the Client, we are happy to answer any questions a Client may have. Formal consultation or the completion of additional tasks after final payment may be billed hourly, at the discretion of Ember Marketing Co. This would be presented to the Client in advance for approval.
